Fables of Fyra: The Awakening
We are in the final stages of creation for the Fables of Fyra: The Awakening. This will be the first of many games to come, taking place in the universe of Fyra Oyer. It is a free-to-play game that incorporates a play-to-earn economy.
The inspiration for the game was to create something that everyone, from kids to adults, could have fun playing. Fables of Fyra appeals to many types of players that enjoy good stories and building their own adventures within the land.
You explore the beautiful terrain of Fyra Oyer, farm, build and manage your resources. You can earn rewards by exploring the land and going on multiple quests that help unlock the mysteries of Fyra Oyer. Check out the latest trailer here.
What are the Dragons of Fyra Oyer?
These cute dragons are yours to grow and make unique as you play the game! Players can either use a free elemental dragon for gameplay or buy an NFT. Visit our website to see all the different dragons.
Each dragon has one or more features that impact gameplay (stay tuned for an in-depth Medium article!). You can get your NFT dragons on the Vulcan Forged Marketplace or win them in the various giveaways in our community!
What can we do in Fables of Fyra: The Awakening?
The gameplay revolves around exploring different areas of the map, collecting resources, and using them to craft items to be utilized in the various lands. Players can build structures, plant seeds, harvest crops, raise animals, and cook food, which can be sold, eaten, or used for raising pets.
The base skills and their respective specializations are:
· Farming (horticulture/agriculture)
· Crafting (smithing/tailoring)
· Cooking (baking/roasting)
There are many places to travel in Fyra Oyer, as it measures about 2km on each side. Multiple caves, islands, buildings, towns, forests, lakes, and rivers are just waiting to be explored! While most areas are immediately accessible, some are locked behind quests, require tickets for a boat ride, or discovered in other exciting ways. In the story-driven quest adventure Fables of Fyra: The Light in a Dragon Dark, you take the role of several legendary characters as they uncover the secrets introduced in The Awakening.
